Her Story

Dr. Lavinya’s passion for paediatrics began early in her career as a house officer and medical officer. Witnessing children overcome illness, grow stronger, and go on to live fulfilling lives inspired her to dedicate herself fully to children’s medicine.
She recalls two young patients in particular — whose recoveries and later achievements reminded her of the profound, lifelong impact a paediatrician can have.

Her Approach

Known for her gentle, kind manner — with just enough fun to put young patients at ease — Dr. Lavinya believes that good paediatric care means caring for the whole family. She works closely with parents, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and reassured at every step.
